Adoption

The Compassion Pregnancy Center & Clinic recognizes the value of adoption as a wonderful and courageous option for women facing an unplanned pregnancy. The CPC is independent of adoptions agencies, relating to them in the same manner as to other helpful referral sources. The CPC receives no payments of any kind from these agencies, does not enter into contractual relationships with them and does not share combined office space. We are not licensed to provide adoption services and we do not initiate or facilitate independent adoptions. If a woman is considering adoption we will provide a brief overview of independent (private) vs. agency adoption and then give her referrals to both types in our area. We are mandated by law never to make the connection between a birth mother and a potential adoptive couple. This can only be done by a licensed attorney or adoption agency.
